The Kanei sake brewing company has been creating wonderful tasting sake for 150 years. Located in Hadano, very near the Tanzawa mountain range, they accept tours between the months of April-October. Starting in November, their entire team becomes busy processing, packaging and shipping their sake just in time for Japan's year-end festivities and beyond. The brewery is not large (but colorful!), and took about 90 minutes to tour. The sake tasting at the end was a lot of fun!
