In this video, Brian and Rina head to the Fujishiro ramen shop in Sangenjaya, where the signature ramen is “Toripaitan Ajitama Ramen”. The savory soup broth is made from chicken bones that have been simmered for hours. The addition of grilled beef and seaweed-flavored soy sauce increases the intensity of the flavor.

The dish’s al dente noodles are topped with bamboo shoots, char siew pork and a hard boiled egg, then drizzled with garlic oil as a finishing touch.

By adding lemon ginger to the dish, it gives an added kick that matches perfectly with the chicken soup!
